I would suggest asking around few people in POM if they know anybody at Waigain Immigrations before you lodge you paper. If they know give that guy a K10, and ask his frind to come for lunch. Give him K50 on application and another K25 after paaport is delivered to you whereever you are. That is after paying necessay fees at Vulupindi House. Thos whoa re applying from overseas, may be through Embassy but their behavior i smuch same if they a PNG receptionists. Good Luck.
