      This depends on either we want to make our towns/cities acceptable for visitors from other countries. We may accept our buai chewing culture but it is filthy for other people who do not chew buai.

      The seller should also provide a form cup for the buyer to spit the waste in and the seller should provide rubbish bin for the buyer to dump the rubbish. Everyone should be given some kind of responsibilty for the sake of all pngeans buai chewers.

      Buai chewing should be banned in public ares, including public pmvs, working (employment) areas.
