The girls at the Brian Bell Home Center have no concept of quality customer service. They made me wait outside the jewellery section for 20mins while they carried on with absolutely nothing. You'd think they would actually want u to buy something since their wages actually comes from u but oh well never mind that. So we waited outside 20 mins till some white people show up and all of a sudden someone turns up to finally open the door and let us all in. Then when we get in there..never mind that we were actually waiting there first..there is no one to help us out and we actually had to be the ones to get her attention...imagine that! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. And in the end we actually walked way paying for something that was far more expensive then what the other guys had bought. It must've been the way my mate was dressed i guess...but then again you should'nt judge a book by it's cover. Get your ACT together Brian Bell and other people in the retail industry...Our customer service really needs to be stepped up a notch and our attitudes need to change if we as a country are to get anywhere in this life.
