Basically, you can't - and I'm not sure you want to either.
Normally you only need glue records if the name servers for a domain are in the domain you're looking up. e.g. if you're looking for ns.foo.com then the nameservers for .com need to tell you the address of ns.foo.com.
If you put glue records for your domain on the GTLD servers (not that they would let you) then it would only make it a huge hassle when you change your IP, and I don't see you'd get any gain.
