First, thanks for the very cool tool. I have a question on how one part of it works: How does it determine the server types? I looked at all the DNS query types defined in the RFCs and I couldn't find one that says "tell me something about this server." Guessing: Is this done using a STATUS type query? I can't figure out how to make dig do a status query, or how to use it, though.
