2 DNS answers. One wrong IP

I'm having a issue with my DNS. When I query my server or the other nameservers that are authoritative for my domain I get the correct answer for my mail server. mail.centralaccess.net
66.21.115.3. But at home on Bellsouth's network it resolves to 66.21.115.15 which is wrong.

Dig gives me two answers but when I try to do a dig@Current DSL DNS server). but when I query each server directly it works fine. Also every test site I've gone to resolves correctly.

I running BIND 9.3 and have two slave servers that are with Bellsouth running 9.2 I think.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm tempted to add that bad IP to another MX record so atleast my mail will loop when it fails on the other address.

What can I use to diagnose what is returning this wrong IP.
