Intermittient issue with Windows XP resolution

I have some folks who have XP on their laptops. When they are in the office they have no issue with resolving sites within our domain, ie www.example.com or webmail.example.com. When they go home and/or out of town they will start getting intermittient resolution failures on these hosts. Their TCP/IP setup is to get ip and dns from dhcp. If they flush their DNS cache, then about 70% of the time resolution will begin to work again. Sometimes they just have to wait. This issue does not affect other hosts outside of our domain name, ie example.com.

Any help would be appreciated !

Mike
