ping reply by IP not FQDN

I m using dns servers of xpressbd.net.
I can ping an IP.But when I m pinging FQDN.
My DNS is not resolving.
Just restarting the named service it is resolved temporarily.
But again it is in problem.
Server Platform is RHEL 2.6
