Zone Transfer Failed

I had a web site hosted on a server. Both http://schoolingkids.com/ and http://www.schoolingkids.com/ were working fine.

These were the original Name servers ns31.websitewelcome.com | ns32.websitewelcome.com

Since i wanted to host some content on a separate server and wanted to have a seperate web site for a subdomain, I have purchased a DNS customization service.

I had to have a separate web site for a subdomain. http://hindi.schoolingkids.com/
I have added a A record for the same.

I had to use a folder on the amazon aws for storing videos and making it work as if it is on my own server. http://videos.schoolingkids.com/
For this i have added a CNAME record for the domain.

I was asked to add these to the original NS records

adps-domain.earth.orderbox-dns.com | adps-domain.mars.orderbox-dns.com | adps-domain.mercury.orderbox-dns.com | adps-domain.venus.orderbox-dns.com

-------------------------------------

Initially the new subdomains were accessible and the original two domain names http://schoolingkids.com/ and http://www.schoolingkids.com/ became inaccessible.

When i checked for the DNS record data using some web based facility [http://nsinfo.tekno.pl/?do=schoolingkids.com&type=info&live=yes] I used to get the original two NS details sometimes and the four new ones some other times.

When i made the hosting company aware of this problem. They asked me to remove the original two NS details.

After this when i check for the DNS record data again [http://nsinfo.tekno.pl/?do=schoolingkids.com&type=info&live=yes] I find the details relating to the four new servers

However when i try to retrieve the data from one of those [http://nsinfo.tekno.pl/?do=schoolingkids.com&ns=adps-domain.mercury.orderbox-dns.com]

I find a message in red at the bottom __ adps-domain.mercury.orderbox-dns.com: Zone transfer failed

I do not find any information being retrieved.

---------------------------------------------------
But when i check the same for some other web site [http://nsinfo.tekno.pl/?do=theedifier.com&ns=ns31.websitewelcome.com] i get a lot of information relating to it.

I have contacted the hosting company again.

They now say that they have added a A record for the primary domain name schoolingkids.com and a CNAME record for the www.schoolingkids.com

The domain names now become accessible.

But the message indicating Zone transfer failure is still existing.
I am not able to view the DNS record information.
When i check the information using the facility on this web site.
I find a warning messages as below.

------------------------------------------------
Warning: Server A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET did not provide address of K.ROOT-SERVERS.NET - using simple local resolve to fill in the missing information.

Does this indicate a problem.

How to rectify it.

I am sure that the DNS part of the web site is not clean and would pose a problem some time.

My hosting company says that everything is fine because the domain names are accessible through the browser.

Can some one help.
