Another one of Patek Philippe 2003 releases shown at Basel was the ref. 4909/50
Haute Joaillerie Twenty-4 mechanical.
Available in either white or red gold and fulled paved with Top Wesselton diamonds, it shows the cal. 16-250 Geneva Seal manual wind movement through the display back which is itself paved with 104 diamonds. The entire curved bracelet is also paved with diamonds for a total of 1468 stones equalling 8.33 carats.
The applied Roman numerals (at twelve and six) and hands are made of black-oxidized gold for maximum readability and elegance.
