Its a 50:50. I will probably get both. But if there is only one chance, I think I will go for Lange 1 WG w/grey dial or MOP in WG

..as I have put a deposit for a Lange 1 WG with MOP dial!
Am looking forward to picking mine up next week.
Did you get your Panerai GMT Alarm yet?

Not yet

It has not come. But Pendulum told me that chronograph in 40mm is here. It's one of the Panerai I always wanted. So I might go for this instead of GMT/alarm.

That is also a very nice watch...

...and I understand that the wait for the GMT/Alarm is a bit too long. Maybe you can post some pics when you get your chronograph.

depends on your tastes and needs. Do you want an annual calendar or a power reserve with

big date? Automatic or manual wind? Big or small in size etc...

I personally don't like the designs of PP's annual calendars and furthermore the Lange 1 is for me the most beautiful watch in current production and if funds allowed me I would have every combination ever made!!

I have blown my budget on two breguets.

January 11 2005, 10:55 AM

My next plunge would be a Lange1. I hope you don't get it so that come my next budget, I'll be able to get! Humans are always so selfish. Just kidding mate. I think the Lange1 would suit you perfectly. You would regret it!!!

among the two,I would certainly go for the Lange, the 5035 is not appealing at all to me.
If You like tonneau-cases the new 5135 however I find very nice and would probably prefer it to the Lange.

regards,
Lutz

Lange 1 Platinum, black dial w/ white on black date..

The Lange 1 makes my top list of watches to aquire. Absolutely magnificent.
The Lange 1 Moonphase in Platinum would be an equally beautiful choice to the Lange 1 Platinum.

Kevin

Simple: get both...

Seriously: get the Lange-1 Stealth on the Dato-style strap with deployant first and get the 5035 with the grey dial (like the 5056P) later. Then you have a beautifull collection which you can enjoy for years and years.

Regards,

Edwin

You can't go wrong with either one....

Bought the Patek back in 1999 and it had been my daily wearer, never need service until this year. I just purchased the Lange 1 Luminous and I must say that in my opinion it is the most beautiful Lange. I know alot of people do not like the look of it, but once I saw it in person, I felt in love with it.
