For the past two years I have been a frequent lurker. I must say this forum has contributed much to my watch passion, such that one yar ago I bought a RG/SD Lange1, and just last week I purchased the Langematik Perpetual. Unfortunately, my Owner's manual has not cleared customs so I'm not sure about one of the settings. If anyone here could help, I'd be grateful.
My question has to do with the year indicator. Since it's January, where should the indicator go? Currently, I have the hand set between the 1 and 2 markers, but I would like to know what the manual suggests.
Many thanks for your advice and great forum.

Yes. Because it's only January now...

the indicator has just crossed over from "4-land" into "1-land." This summer (mid-year), the indicator should be directly over the "1."

Thanks CR. That's where I thought it should go, but the salesman seemed to think the hand should be past the 1. I'm not wearing the Perpetual now, so I'll reset when I get home.
