A question with my Lange 1...March 14 2005 at 3:17 PM

Dear all, I had my watch fully wind at 08:00 this morning and put it on for the whole day till 22:30. Yet, I found the power reserve had dropped by more than 1-1/2 markings. May I ask if this is normal? Much appreciated for your advice and regards+

IIRC the Lange's PR is non-linear ...

and please correct me if I am mistaken:
Fully wound the PR hand is alligned with the uppermost PR index. After 12 hours the hand is (approx.) at the second index and another 12 hours later the third index is reached. The indices later are reached after another 24 and 48 hours. IIRC!
The First index indicates a fully wound mainspring
The Second index means that 12 hours of PR are 'gone'
The Third means 24 hours of PR are gone
The Fourth means 48 hours have past
The Fifth means 72 hours have past
The watch will probably run for another 18 hours or so (making the PR equal to 100 hours in total) but Lange will not guarantee good timekeeping by the watch those last hours.
Hope to have been of assistance.
Many tks Edwin...

I think this should exactly be the explanation. Best rgds+
