I'm in the process of picking up parts for my 390 that's in a
68 Torino. I'm another one who doesn't care about correct dates, but strength and speed. I do pay attention to the dates though just because there can be differences from year to year in some parts. I've been doing a lot of searching on E-bay and you'd be surprised what you can find. You might have to piece one together, but if you have the time I bet you could run into a correct date engine that is assembled. Money is the other key factor........
