His block will not work with the alternator brackets you posted if it is original. 1963 was the first year blocks had holes in the front for the alternator bolt so you have to make a small bracket that goes from the side bolt hole around teh front to catch the bolt and shorten the spacer. You also can't use a top mount alternator so you have to find a lower adjustment arm. For a master cylinder a late 60's F100 works great but dual master cylinders conflict with the shock tower support brace. Look at my Tbird page in my Superford link below to see both swaps.
