I'm trying to get some real world feedback on the C3AZ-K cam. Crane has a repop by the part number 340321 which they claim is an C3az-AA replacement (don't think so) and lunati lists a 20501 (also their AA replacement). What were the characteristcs of the original K cam; idle power band, vaccum ? We were originally looking at the factory C3AZ-AA cam but I noticed that the K cam had a little more duration than the AA cam. Also if anyone is running an original AA cam I'd like to here about that one too. I vaguely remember my Mom's '66 galaxy with 428PI but don't remember enough to make an evaluation, I do remember Dad having to jerk the valve covers off and, as I know now, set lash about once every six months or so. Armed with that I will assume it was the AA cam. I was only 4 when she traded it in in 1968. I do remember her opening it up for me a few times and how much it mashed me back in the seat, Mom was cool! We are doing an old school 428 for my son's Ranchero and was trying to get some feedback about these cams before laying down the cash
