I have a C8AF-12127-AF distributor I picked up with some other parts (Read M/T crossram). I can't find anything anywhere on the AF. I find lots on the AE. Everbody keeps telling me that it's an E that was stamped lightly or worn off. It is a crisp stamp. Looking at it through an 8X jewelers loupe, I can clearly see the bottom radius of the F. I can even see that the letter stamp bounced once. There never was anything (Like another bar to make it an E) coming off of it. Other than needing a light cleaning, the distributor is in excellent condition and not bumped or worn. Like an AE, it's dual point, mechanical advance. If you doubt me on the clarity on the F, I'm going to try to post some pictures post a picture. Thanks for any help
