got a big problem with my rockers/shafts, they're ate up pretty bad. does anybody know how i can find some information on upper end 390 oiling problems or what steps i can take?

older 390s,428s 352s, have vallyed drip pans at the bottom of the roker towers if you can find them ,it mite help, they chanal the oil strait to your oilers,lifters whatever....
