Must replace harmonic balancer. 67 390. Need to know where to start above TDC to time the beast. Have medium hot street cam but have no idea of lift or duration. Just need a starting point. Thank Ye!

thats it #1 straght up on compression stroke,and rotary button poiting on #1 sparkplug wier on the dist close will get you to atleast fire..
