428 block strength

Hi

I got a 428 engine totaly rebuilt and i got a question about the block

As i understand it is a 1966 Truck block
Marked: C6ME

The engine maked almost 500Hp on the dyno.

Is the block safe for that power?

What are the powerlimit for this kind of block
