I drive a fully restored ´63 Galaxie Country Squire Wagon with a 390 FE , 4bbl Autolite carb, Cruise-O-Matic.
The car is running fine, but I want to add a little more power
I am thinking about modification of the intake, but want to use the original 4 bbl Autolite carb - would you suggest a Edelbrock Streetmaster 390 intake ? Will it work fine with the carb ? And will I feel the difference ? What about the installation, there is no oil filler tube on the Streetmaster intake ? I do not want to rebuild the whole engine and do not want to build a high performace racer by changing heads, cam and so on....
