Thanks Alan. I think there is some kind of difference because I've heard several references to a fracture being of the pelvis or the hip. What I'm trying to say is that they didn't seem to be interchangeable. In fact, I once heard someone say someone had a broken hip and then correct himself and say it was a broken pelvis. Hope this makes sense.
