I'm writing my first E! fan fic, and I have some questions I need answered. I'm new to this so if a similar question has already been answered, please just tell me and I'll look it up in the archives. Ok, a firefighter has heat exhaustion. He faints (while conveniently in the hospital), hes nauseous. Would he have to be given IV fluids? How soon would he be realeased back to duty after passing out? Would they keep him in the hospital? Would he be able to complete that shift?
