but it seems as the steel chassis isn´t destroyed through the exposion.
Of course the soldiers die because of the blast but the BTR is not exploded in 1000 parts.

that my friends is an ied and it is actually very possible that those people inside the vehicle survived since the btr itself doesnt look like a lot actually happened to it. It didnt flip over or anything. This wasnt a pure antitank charge and the G force alone might not have done the job people have survived 100+ G forces afterall. Suckers sitting on the outside were violating procedure that I can tell you right now.

jammers have been tried and are used they are not 100% effective at best they work 1/4th of the time and then only to delay the explosion long enough so that only civilians are killed. there are 100 different ways to detonate a IED from using a cell phone to the remote of a radio controlled car to using a laptop. You cant jam everything.

There is two explosions! But the mine is not very powerful ,but still kills something!

No way how can you survive?.The blast made a hole in the bottom of the BTR.The more possibility to survive
is on the top,but not inside.Armour begins to smelt after axplosion.Temperature is 3000!.I've have seen a video of a war in Afganistan 1980.There was a soviet made tank exploded.Believe me the tank looked like the almost the same ,but the all soldiers were the temperature was too high and they burned "alive" in the tank!Not the best way to be killed!

OK!I will try better explain:We only live in Earth some few years;humans and all species from animal,vegetables and minerables kingdom come from GOD and will return to HIM by one way or other;peoples and countries are human constructions second the place and time they born,only.In a futur time its will not exist anymore,only The Earth Union and its depends only when the humans can open the minds to begin the new era.

the bottom of the BTR is rubberized to prevent pure unfocused explosions like that from making a hole. You dont know the force of the explosion. All Im saying is that from the outside the BTR looks fine. Even the tires dont have obvious damage to them. Its possible the people on the inside survived. Race cars when they crash do so at 100+G's and most of the time the drivers survive.
Bradley'd in Iraq after IED's also look fine from the outside usually. And rarely is the entire crew killed from an IED. These charges arent focused enough to always do the job.

Actually you don't need to reduce the vehicle into debris to effectively kill the crew. Such explosion will cause the air inside the the vehicle to compress violently , crushing the lungs and other soft organs instantly. Not surviving that blast, even for an MBT.

again it depends on the G force. If it was 100 or less someone MIGHT have survived. We arent talking about a focused enough burst like from a kornet missile that it could kill the crew while doing little to the armor.
IED's rarely kill the entire crew.

I found the actual video on the net. Those poor buggers who were riding on top of the BTR flew at least a hundred feet into the air before they came crashing down onto the rocky surface. Not a pretty way to die.

either a miss from a rocket propelled grenade or mortar or perhaps even a grenade launcher/recoiless rifle. It all looks like the opening phase of an ambush. After all, whoever took the pictures obviously expected this.

kornet missiles do very little damage to armor usually but they are focused charges and are very good at killing the crew. If the charge isnt focused it would have to be absolutely huge to have the desired effect. Yes you need overpressure but you need the overpressure to be focused otherwise all you are doing is blowing dirt into the air.
