No offence, but aircraft with nose intakes (like the MiG 21) are right FUGLY, only a mother or in this case their designer, could love them

The British Lightning has this arrangement and is just as ugly.

The F-18 also isn't much of a looker with her gear down, shes got some knobby knees.

Even i had half a mind to put the P-51 Mustang on the list...even though it looks so similar to the other aircraft of its time, its just got something more- the X factor, call it.

2. Mirage 2000
3. F-16 "Viper"
4. F-22 Raptor
5. Mitsubishi F-2 (this is my "no accounting for personal taste" pick.

The ONLY aircraft in the history of the German Air Force that their high command forbided their pilots to ENGAGE at low level.

I know I know!

First is Super Cobra. Look at that big gun before its nose con; and two jet engins on its ear.


Second, I like F-5 series. They are cheap, yet versitle and manecing.


Then the last that I like Su-series. Su-27 is the sexiest.

Black rafale single seater with the gold foiled canopy. I think Thunder used to use that picture for his signature, that pic got me hooked on Rafale. What a sexy plane.


Chinese people work their butt off and say nothing. Indians talk their butt off about the work they'll be doing however what they say rarely corresponds with what they actually do.

WWII era, I'd go with the Lockheed P-80

Heinkel He 100(sexiest WW2 fighter for my taste!Only 20 produced,since German high comand went for ME109 for mass production).Also Had a bether preformence than Me109.A rare picture at Wikipedia!

Spitfire-realy sexy,bether looking than any other mass porduced piston engen fighters of the era.

Of the modern fighters, Rafale really has got the looks. Would have liked to say they got the export orders as well, but no.

From the Front, the Rafale is pure sex,

from the side its very average.

But it will look terrible from any angle when in flames and falling from the sky after its had its ass kicked by the Typhoon or F22....

Nobody seems to mention the F-15.

Not the sexiest...but its still sexy. It has the right curves at the right places and angles.
Its not the hot supermodel like the Rafael but its definitely the girl-next-door quality of the jetfighters.
