So it is 80s vintage? The laser looks quite bulky when compared to the latest American version:

that new american stuff is a whole lot of different, our lasers were on the bottom on my day, and were bulky and could go off when one was running hard or of something was used to block the laser off and on, youd use your thumb or finger instead of a blank.
that russian helmet looks tight.
