The point im trying to make is, that if he is banned, as he should be, it would all stop.

Just on a point of order, HMS Invincible has NOT been decommissioned! Technically, she is being held at a low state of readiness. So, whilst is likely that she'll never sail again, she could be brough back up to full service if she were required.
