Its just 1 more defense company that will get starved by lack of orders, the plan is to hand over Novomoskovsk by 2011 and there are no hard orders after that. VMF has been in talks to start modernization of Akulas, Oscars and Sierras, but the shipyard doesnt have any firm contracts at this point.
