I'm guessing this is either for the Black Sea Fleet or the Caspian Flotilla?

Max Speed: circa 50 knots
Range: circa 1,000+ km
Payload: approx. 120 or 140 tons (size limitations equal up to two T-90 MBT's)

yep, but not really that new. The first boat has been in service for over a year now.

50 knots is fast but can still easily be knocked out by small missiles
