Pathankot Strike
8 F-86Fs of No 19 Squadron led by Squadron Leader Sajjad Haider struck Pathankot airfield. With carefully positioned dives and selecting each individual aircraft in their protected pens for their strafing attacks, the strike elements completed a textbook operation against Pathankot. Wing Commander M G Tawab, flying one of the two Sabres as tied escorts overhead, counted 14 wrecks burning on the airfield. Among the aircraft destroyed on the ground were nearly all of the IAFs Soviet-supplied Mig-21s till then received, none of which were seen again during the War.

Do consider british forces and the fact that france held only 2 weeks longer
Polish def war :
Poland vs Nazi Germany
USSR
2 front war
Time: 1 September 1939 6 October 1939
Fall of France:
France vs Germany
GB
single front
Time: 10 May 25 June 1940 - de facto 2 weeks longer.
France's advantage over Poland:
Army on Par with Germany's
More time to mobilise (great advantage)
Knowledge about enemy tactics
Buffer zone ( Low countries )
Help of British allies
No second front
But w/e. Without a doubt Pakee and China would held for much longer against such opponent with thier donkey towed artillery. Ah I forgot that Pakistan is a Bitish invention and wasn't really on map back then. Silly me :D

Obviously you miss the fact that there was very little in sense of fighting in multinational responsibility region as Poland pulled it's troops. Also Poland was in command of that region for most of the time.
I wonder... did Pakis ever got US or other troops under thier command? Guess not. It says something about trust.
And another thing that most of these troops got straight tickets to Afghanistan to meet with ISI sponsored friends.

RE: unlike the bannana army of polo boy scouts Pakistan doesnt need to come under US control. In fact as in somalia we saved thier sorry arse from from skinnies who couldnt shoot straight, show the degree of our skill and operational capability. It has nothing to do with trust it is just competence. Polo army needs to be constantly supervised.
Pakistan dispite losing 24 men in cold blooded murder by somali milita while feeding somali homos... reinforced and stablised the situation. Polo army in iraq just ran away after suffering losses... See the difference?....
personally i would not trust the Polo army with guarding the mall.
PS CIA is also conducting deep terrorist and destablisation activity in Pakistan. .. you might want to point the finger were it actually belongs.

Good looking F16. This debate strangely reminds me of Polacken tango where landser(A nazi german band) made a song about how Polish aren't aryans and how they were owned in 18 days. Troll times lol.

1. I wont even comment on your interpretation of what I wrote. Read it again.
2. Banana army scoutboys are actually among founders of PAF
3. In fact Polo army was guarding Karbala city hall after rest of allied forces were forced out of the city during As-Sadr uprising (It was mostly garrisoned by Spain - and after Madrid bombing they hastly pulled out leaving like 300 allied troops total, and of course all Iraqi forces under arms deserted right away and joined the rebels). Forces were like 40 Poles and 40 Bulgarian allies vs at least 600 rebels of which 200 bodies were found afterwards.
Did splendid job helding out during 3 day siege, without supplies, without losses. So there more than capable of guarding the mall. But then again... would Pakistani army be capable? :P

4. CIA, ISI, MI6, Mossad - these organisations could shake hands. 90 percent of current wars and terrorism are thier daily bread. Russians and Chinese probably do the same, but they do it better (as there less known).

Looks nothing like Edwards AFB in the background, unless this is the one in Alaska? I have no idea what the other one looks like but it definitely doesn't look like Edwards.
PS Appreciate Polish pilots contribution to developlment of PAF.... but this is WAFF so let the slaughter begin!!!!!!
@polo dude
I think you are getting emotional here.... in such cases i will let the experts do the talking
here is what Janes Defense have to say about Pak army and the Polo army... (i couldnt find the words well trained or quality in Polo army's case)... sad is it not?
"and the Polish military more broadly, focus on expeditionary missions at the expense of defending the country. "
In other words if Putin gets pissed at Polo land it will be like moscow to warsaw in one tank .... muuahhahaha hahhahaha haha.. personally i think the moscow fire brigade is enough to over run poland

Emotional? Rather Ironic, my boy.
But I think im getting too old for this.
Against Russians hmm. I wonder how Pakee's would fare against Russia.
This comparison is out of touch.
And Russians didn't fly into midst of our territory with a bunch of helicopters to deploy special forces. Nor they hit us with drones 24/7. Silly Pakee...

About fire brigade, maybe it will be the other way around? :P
Polish firefighters in Russia:
From same Jane's article:
About Pak army
However, the army's lack of flexibility, evident from concentration on large-scale manoeuvre tactics involving armoured formations, was demonstrated in its initial attempts to cope with the insurgency in the north west that developed following the US invasion of Afghanistan. Units and formations committed to the area lacked expertise in counter-insurgency warfare and suffered unnecessary casualties and general military setbacks until training facilities were established and much-needed instruction imparted. Even then, as the threat developed and the campaign intensified, some units moved from east to west were lacking in CI/CRW skills, especially logistics elements whose convoys proved to be vulnerable.
About PL army
The WL is flexible and can adapt to various environments. For some time, it has been broadening its responsibilities in Afghanistan, where just less than 2,600 troops were deployed as at late 2011.In 2009, it carried out its first offensive against the Taliban when around 800 Polish soldiers, supported by the Afghan army, took part in Operation Eagle's Feather, reportedly destroying a network of weapons dumps and demolishing Taliban radio masts. The losses were several damaged vehicles and three wounded soldiers. The operation demonstrated that the WL units' years of experience in Iraq and Afghanistan is resulting in increased combat capabilities. The emphasis of the WL going forward will be on conducting operations in all possible environments, including extreme cold, hot and wet conditions. In line with the ongoing transformation of the Polish Land Forces, the share of deployable and sustainable forces is gradually being increased.
