In my small tradition to do rugrats characters ever 1-month anniversary so far (the first CT post I did here was for Angelica, back at 9/10/02 I did one for Chuckie.) Why did I do these two instead of Tommy? (Simple its easier to find "captionable" pics for these two than Tommy.) These two consistently bickering twins are mainly the "comedy relief", Lil is a bit more kinder (though a bit more perverted if you've seen the first movie and a few certain episodes) while Phil is probably Adam Sandler at Age 1. (Without the violent tendencies of course.) Before this goes any longer HERE are the pics...
