Rugrats seems to have been on a binge lately with adding new characters. Here's one of them... Kimi (Chuckie's stepsister, introduced in Rugrats in Paris). Enjoy captioning!:

2. Notice on how Kimi's skirt is much shorter than Lil's? Even in American Animation, Oriental young girl's skirts are generally much shorter than American women's skirts. Coincidence? Probably not...

3. Kimi: I'ms a true artist like Angelica!

5. Chuckie (thinking): Why do just about all the girls in this show think I am such a pony?

6. Kimi: Cool crayon drawings! Chuckie: Eh Kimi, your not suppose to notice that...

7. Kimi: I TEARED ANOTHER OVERLY CHEAP PAIR OF PANTS!

8. Congress they ain't. (Then again that can be deemed to be a good thing, no?)

10. Kimi: I'm on fire baby, yeah! Susie (thinking): Hope she isn't just talking about her hairstyle.

They may not be great but hey its just a game.
