Last time you were here, it was cold (sort of). You need to be here when it is hot and steamy and people don't wear much clothes and party straight for days and days. NOW is the time when the locals LIVE at the beach. I'm serious. To "get" Miami, you really need to experience the tropics, which includes the beach, the sun, the ocean, adult beverages, music and lots and lots of sex.
