Remember, I'm a native Cali-boi who likes things pretty warm, but "steamy" is another kettle of kimchi.
I've never really done well when the humidity gets over 50%.
Sure, I've been to Miami when it sizzles... but I really didn't have as much fun as I might've when it's 'only' in the high 80s and there's a good breeze.
