Its been a busy week for Air Atlantic and the DC6, the aircraft have flown every day this week flying to Trollhatten (Sweden) transporting parts for the motor industry. Nice to see the crews getting some serious flying in! Meanwhile, at Coventry today DC3 G-AMPY was having work done to the starboard engine after blowing a pot just after takeoff earlier in the week.

Also both of the companies two new Electra's have arrived. N9744C and N178RV looking good in there Reeve Aleutian colours (strange these days to see curtains at the windows of an aircraft)! This now takes the number of L188's operated by Atlantic to 11. It remains to be seen if they will become part of the working fleet or be used for spares.

Any news about next year's Classic Airshow ? May 31st I've been told. Might make the trip if there's going to be a lineup like the last one.
