Regarding the comments by a lot of Americans about the hot and steamy lesbian scenes in MD: one thing you should understand is that sexuality, sensuality and nudity in America, especially in movies and on TV, are treated with what you Europeans might call censorship.

We Americans are not subjected to it nearly as much as Europeans, therefore when we ARE exposed to it, we sometimes don't know how to handle ourselves. Remember...if a movie shows bare breasts on the screen it must received an R rating which locks out young teens (legally anyway).

Another thing to consider is that a large portion of the movie going public in America is made up of young teen males. Coupled with the predominance of young males who frequent the Internet, it's really not surprising that the comments about nudity in movies are what they are. Also, young teen males favor the action flicks (like Spider-Man and The Hulk) therefore the majority of comments about movies on the Internet will be about Spider-Man and The Hulk.

      Hope this helps.
