The scene on the airport escalator was reminiscent of that on the escalator to heaven in powell/pressbuger's 'a matter of life or death'. And I've just realised there is almost an anagram in the name of Aunt Ruth's apartnment building.Isn't this fun? And I found it on the bargain shelf at Blockbuster.
