I have Septerra core on CD (engine 1.02), and it refuses to run with Windows 2000. I installed it, custom with everythign being installed to teh drive, except for Direct X (I am on ver 8.1) and Quicktime (already at 6.0). Each time it panics and says it is installed incorrectly. I downloaded and installed SP3 for W2K, unistalled Septerra, rebooting a few times in the process, and tried re-installing with the same result. Visiting Valkyrie's site, I tried the compatibility link to Microsoft, only to find it has been removed fromtheir support site. I am runnin Win 2000, SP3. IE ver 5.5, SB Live Platinum with all current drivers, Direct X 8.1a, Quicktime 6.02, and a Matrox G550 with all current drivers. Please help.
