If anyone can answer this question, probably someone here. Anyway---I have never played the original Madden that came out in 89, so for giggles, I downloaded the Rom, and tried it with 3 different Commodore 64 emulators. They all load the rom fine, but when I get to the game setting screens, I dont know what button to push to click ok or cancel. Ive tried the fire button, the commodore button, the run button, every damn button on the keyboard but nothing seems to work, with any of the emulators. The c64 cursor moves around fine on the screen, but how do you get it to click any of the options? You would think it would be the fire button, because that is what I used on the main menu screen and of course it worked there. I couldnt find the game manual on the web anywhere, but I was hoping that someone has played this game and might have some ideas. |
