Tale of Woe. What do I do with "mother lode" of C64/128
by
Help,
my apartment is stuffed.
I have the "mother lode" of Commodore 64/128 .
7,000 games (some original, some copies of Commodore 64/128) plus tons of
hardware including a JiffyDos and Ramlink.
story was a hutterite I met was told by the "boss".
-"David the boys are not working with hogs and in the fields. They are playing
too many computer games. We know that you need a computer for running the
garage . You are allowed one computer only!. No more shooting games.".
The Hutterites are not allowed tvs.
It was rumoured that David had once snuck in a tv to check out a Commore
game.
David and his wife were forced to ask forgiveness from Jesus and each member
of the Colony in church on Suday morning.
The Hutterites are not allowed tvs but...
David chose his new computer an AMD 2.2 GHZ in order tio rip DVDs. Not bad
for a guy who is not allowed Internet access.
What can I do with the Commodore 64/128 stuff ?
I'm trying to find a game that was played by two players, horizontal scrolling, splitscreen.
The objective was to collect 5 pieces of a bomb, bring them to your base, pick up the bomb, fly to your enemies base and then drop it there to score a point.
You could make your enemy ( who's trying the same) drop his bomb-pieces by shooting him.
I am also searching for this game. When you found it, are you able to make me a copy?
Please let me know! Lets help each other. When I find it, I will give you a copy also!
I still play original FD on C64,very slow.
How do I play it on my PC,I have windows XP,is it not possible.
It would be great to play a season in less than 3hrs!
anyone know?

Hi, I´m searching for a game I played in the year range 1987-1993 on my Amiga OR C64 but don´t have a clue about Name, Publisher ect.
I think it was on the C64
Lets go:
The game was a scrolling sideview platform shooter.
You are a small Soldier like a Lemming (Game from Psygnosis) or little smaller.
On the first level, which was a jungle, you begin from right to left with a Machine Gun in your hand and shot the enemies which look like same as you. A funny thing was, if you shot with the machine gun, the torso of the little man goes a little back because of repulsion of the machine gun. You can.throw grenades too. It was funny to walk along and shot this little sprites away. No great graphic or sound. Just fun
I think, the enemies came out from dark corners or dark fields (maybe doors).
You shoot your way, up over some leader, on the top it goes to left, and then it goes down again. I think, I needed 10 min. to play the first Level.
The game looks a little like Benefactor or Persian Gulf Inferno, but maybe the graphic quality was a bit lower and the sprites smaller, like Lemmings.
Benefactor: http://hol.abime.net/?id=92
I search on the database of http://hol.abime.net/ and posted this text on some Amiga and Commodore 64 Boards but only 2 guy´s remember that game but don´t know the name too
Here is a list of games, which I don´t mean:
After the War
Bio Menace
Bionic Commando
Benefactor
Combat Crazy
Commando
Cannon Fooder
Commando Lybia
Dogs of War
Enemy: Tempest Of Violence
Green Beret
Nord Sea Inferno,
Persian Gulf Inferno,
Rambo
The Final Mission
Who Dares Wins
Alien Fish Finger
Army Moves
Hi! I need help. My copy of Fist 2 is severely fucked up! After playing approximately one hour all the enemies keep returning all the time. I can´t get beyond them. I don´t know if it´s a bug common to all versions or if it´s just my two or three copies that have this fault. Please help me!
I recently downloaded MicroLeague Baseball from this site onto Windows XP. I cannot get the file to open/run so I can play the game. Everytime I try to open the file, I get an error message that says Windows cannot find the program used to create the file. Can someone help ot a computer illiterate?
Can't remember the name of the game (And the music)!
by
I can't remember the game of a game I used to play about 15 years ago. Here are a fea details: Everything is seen from the top, you know like the first versions of Sim City! As player you are controlling a little (I think it was yellow) "spaceship" on a rail. The background was sort of grey (I think) and I believe that the rail was black. The purpose of the game was to shoot the other small "spaceships", which also manouvered on rail. The reason why I could remember this game is to be found in a radio program. All of a sudden i heard a tune which reminded me of the game. It's sounds a little like some russian folk music, you know But (I think) it's pretty catchy!!! So Q#2 is: What is this piece of music called and who composed it? Please help me, I know you can
Use a .d64 file which creates the directory for the saved data. When you save a game and when the game is autosaved at the end of a season the data is saved here. Playing the game with a ROM file does not work.
