I heard someone once mention they had found it at a local Blockbuster. As for price... if you are that worried about the price, looks at "Sound & Vision". It's by the same company, but with less test patterns available and it will certainly take care of all the basics most folks get AVIA for anyway. And I believ it is selling in the $20 range.
