Recently I complained here about lack of support for HDTV and sent a copy to SD Magazine. They apparently were not altogether happy with my comments. Responding that, yes, they do list High Definition Movies IN THE BACK of each issue. Why they couldn't note SOMEWHERE that HBOE and HBOH and SHO and SHOH run the same programming is beyond me. Their excuse for not listing HDNET is "we don't get their listings in time". Well, if that's the case, shame on HDNET.

I also went to SD Magazines web site and looked through the FAQs. What's the future of DirecTV? Their answer is pretty old - saying that HBO came on with HD in August and DirecTV is planning a pay per view channel. How long since they updated THAT?

If Folks like this who really should have no axe to grind other than providing information aren't any more interested, how are we going to promote HDTV?

If you want great HD information and programming, subscribe to this forum's HDTV magazine...... I have been a subcriber for about a year and just can't beat the daily updates... The BEST!
