Comcast Philly is a little lax in leaving subscribers user mauals when they install STB's. I did some searching and if anyone is interested, below is the web page for the user manual for the Motorola 5100 cable decoder used in our area. It is a PDF download. I thought I would have to send away to get what is available here.
