My signal levels on the 101 have been going haywire. 101 tp 1 was at 50 for last 2 weeks. i call dtv they send out installer! no help! trees yadayada. iget home last night signals 101 tp1 85 and its pouring rain. do i have a bad multiswitch on the dish. is my terk 5 x 8 bad. frustrated & hopeless with dtv.

I had a bad multiswitch with the Terk 25. But it was dead on one sat; not intermitent. Sounds like you may have a problem unless the storm moved the dish? Check your dish connections on the inside. Did you ever have the higher reading before?
