Hey guys, All of a sudden my ABC, NBC, and FOX feeds have gone down to 10% signal strength. I did rotate my antenna yesterday to pull in some lancaster feeds but i rotated it back to its original position. This is the first time i have not been able to get ABC. Im using a Channel Master medium directional UHF/VHF Antenna with a 7777 Preamp. The Sony SAT-HD200 is my STB.

Michael,

No drop in signal strength observed here.

Lots of rotors lack precise repeatability. Check your units specs -- you might see something like +/- 2 1/2 degrees. Two or three degrees makes a difference for me at 35 miles, and I think you're farther. Might want to jiggle it a little bit. Try going past your desired direction and then returning from the "other side."

IMHO, Lancaster doesn't offer much additional broadcast content. As an experiment it's OK and maybe you could even try for NYC, but except for the adds and news, network prime time broadcasts don't vary. If the rotor gives you problems, you could just dump it and lock in on Philly.
