I live in the Detroit market and Comcast said that they are testing INHD in the area but does anyone know when its going to be launched. I called Comcast and they didn't know anything about it, even when I told them that the channels are on thier web site.

We have it here in Atlanta through Comcast.

We've had INHD and INHD2 from Comcast in Montgomery County, MD for about the past month. Great picture.

I'm really surprised that such a large market as Detroit area doesn't have INHD yet. Here in central Indiana we have it through Comcast. I can't imagine what would be holding it up for you.

Wanna know a larger Comcast market (larger than Detroit) that doesn't have INHD or INHD2 yet? It is the Los Angeles area. I live in Santa Clarita (just north of Los Angeles), and finally got HD cable this past June. I found out from the Comcast regional manager that we won't be getting those two new channels until the end of October (at the earliest). He explained that they are in the process of eliminating some analog PPV channels in order to free up some space for new HD channels. I told him that I was disappointed in this based on the fact that those two channels were basically rolled-out to the rest of the country on September 15th.

Same here in NYC. THere's no word on when they're going to add INHD and INHD2 here.. TimeWarner cable is the carrier.

Have you checked Comcast's website? I live in Ann Arbor and I get INHD and INHD2. They are awesome! Double check.... =)

Yes I have doubled checked and I still don't have INHD. I think I'll put another call to Comcast.

Gus, I'm in Grosse Pointe, have Comcast HD and INHD ( both of them) working fine. Call Comcast....did you flip your channels ???

Well they told me today that at the end of October I will get it. The area that I am in doesn't have the right equipment which I don't belive.Oh well.
