Does anyone know where and when NBA TV HD will be available. I get channel #601 which is NBA TV presently on D*. But that is not an HDTV channel I don't believe? They have said their games will be in HD.

Rogers HDTV cable subscribers in Toronto were able to enjoy the Toronto Raptors opening home game win over the New Jersey Nets on Sportsnet Ontario in HDTV and it was truly amazing ... even somewhat amazing that Toronto won.
