Does anybody know anything about this device. It supposedly upgrades all signals to hdtv.

I've read about this box and if I thought for a second it would take an SD signal and turn it into HD I'd buy one in a minute. It can't do it. For some people under certain circumstances it might help your PQ but it will not turn an SD picture into an HD picture.
