Availability of Hughes (or other) hd decoder box in Toronto

Hi,
I guess we need the eliptical dish with the lnb's also.
I use cable but my brother already has one of those large dish setups but wants the Direct tv (not Bell Expressview) one.

If someone has a line on this stuff they can PM me.
