I currently have three Tv's running of my Direc TV. I want to add a Sat C conversion kit to get the additional HD channels. Is their a device that will allow me to still have the three Tv's hooked up. I found a kit that says it will not run three.

Not sure about the conversion kit but if you get the oval dish it comes with a built-in multi-switch with connections for 4 separate receivers. You'll have to run 4 coax lines all the way from the dish to where the 3 lines come together but it works just fine.

I have four home runs ran from the dish to four rooms. Right now I have just two LNB's but need to add the third.

All you need to do is buy the 18x20 inch triple LNB oval dish and hook up your 4 lines. That's it. It has all 3 LNBs and the multi-switch built in. Runs about $125-$150. I don't think the SAT C upgrade will do what you want.

I wasn't completely clear on my original post. 2 years ago I bought an 18 x 24 dual LNB dish. I did not know if it had a built in multi switch since it only had two LNB's. What I did find out is that the Dish did have a built in Multiswitch and all I needed was the LNB. The kit comes with a Sat B and C signal combiner which was not needed in my case.

Does the dish have 2 coax connections or 4? If it has 4 you should be all set. If it only has 2 you'll need a 4-way multi-switch. Not sure how that works with the Sat B/C combiner.
